Whack It

Interestingly, several months after I had decided that herpes simplex has been cured in all of my bodies, today I get a little tingling on my lip; I am ovulating, and I always had particular susceptibility to it at this time of the month. One of the things I've learned from Immunics is that viruses and diseases have more power if you *expect* them at certain times, so one thing I began doing months ago was denying it the power to move in at the expected time. (This is, I think, one of the reasons that herpes simplex is so easy to cure -- it's very predictable in important ways.)

A general bodies removal usually takes even the tingle out, but it just wasn't doing the job this time. So I did a body by body removal; I didn't just "remove" it this time, I decided that I would also "kill" it this time. I don't usually use that word in my cures, but I really meant business today.

I found it in my astral and etheric bodies, as well as scattered through the ones that I usually find it in (gravitational and spiral). I stopped and did a meridian function check and a chakra heightening, and since I know I'm ovulating, I also did a hormone balance; then I proceeded to do the removals again. In between clearing the particular body, I kept coming back to the "all of my bodies" general clearing and alternately "removing" and "killing."

A few minutes went by (maybe five) and the tingles are gone. Whacked it!
