On Not Not-Doing
Today's focused Immunics for me again came from ideas in Ralph Marston's Daily Motivator. He says, "Decide to live this day with positive purpose, and you'll figure out how to make it happen. Make a firm commitment to
yourself that you'll make valuable and productive use of your
precious time, and you'll find yourself doing just that."
So today, I will install some proactions:
- "I am installing the clarity to live my life with positive purpose."
- "I am removing resistances to positive action by myself and others."
- "I am installing the commitment to make valuable use of my precious time."
- "I am excising debilitating distractions."
- "I am installing the vision to organize projects into hierarchical structures."
- "I am installing the clarity to recognize what needs to be done NOW."
I also just pulled up the page on "absent permissions" from the Immunics website. So now, "I am now installing in all of my bodies permission to be, do, or have anything." Wow! That's nice! :-) I think I'll work more on this one tomorrow!
Well, I'm off to coach a Cure Show for the first time! Esther is having strep throat problems, so we're gonna get those knocked out today! In fact, while I'm at it: "I am installing the ability to see clearly what Esther needs from Immunics today as we work through her Cure Show." And, "I am installing the ability to hear clearly what is being said and respond appropriately." "I am installing the ability to remain congruent at all times."
